Neighbor calling the cops due to "car shaking ther windows"

Hey everyone I have a Borla UEL header, Manzo catless frontpipe/overpipe combo, and a Manzo V2 exhaust (GReddy Evo 3 replica). I had the cold start high idle tuned out as well (thanks to @Foobar!). I got pulled over while leaving the house by an officer who had been waiting for me to leave the house. Apparently one of my neighbors has been calling his boss daily for two weeks. The cop was really cool and my city has no noise laws, however, I don't want to be that asshole neighbor. I am a pissed however that my neighbor didn't approach my girlfriend or I first however.

Anyway I was wondering on how to quiet the car down the most while still keeping as much gains as possible. I was debating on doing one of the following options and am looking for advice:

1) put the factory catted front pipe back on
2) Pick up an aftermarket high flow catted front pipe
3) Replace the Evo 3 Replica with a more quiet exhaust such as the Q300.

So, which do you think would be best?

go with the Q300.

I'm running a Tsudo UEL Header, Invidia Overpipe, Berks Catted Front Pipe and Invidia Q300. Louder than stock on startup, but not much louder when driving around.

Quieter catback , the muffler does most of the, well muffling , and cats are where most of the gains are unless your talking about a well designed high flow which wouldnt quiet it down as much as a more conservative catback

I personally have catless and its really not that much louder than stock , the db test was in the 70-80ish range

Side note great handling of ur situation! The neighbour shouldve talked to u first

I have the q300 and while I don't shake any neighbors windows I do slightly make my own tremble. That cold start is violent, specially at 5am.

Definitely go with replacing the catback. The Evo3 (and anything designed from it) is going to be the loudest catback out there.

Q300 or Perrin 2.5 resonated, in my opinion. Also, what did the cop even tell you if there are no noise restriction laws in your locality? Are you able to find out who was complaining about it and maybe make some amends with them to let them know you're not the asshole neighbor they think you are?

you should be able to tune out the cold start on ecutek

reduce timing retard at startup
reduce maf offset at statrup
reduce high rpm at startup

see tune tweaks link below table names may be slightly different in ecutek.

They probably did not say anything because they assumed that you already know how loud your car is, and intended for it to be that loud.

You know those &%@#$ Harley riders who try to rev their engines as loud as they can driving though residential neighborhoods? They bought the Harley and ride it that way because they want to be noticed. Your neighbor probably thought you bought your exhaust because you wanted to be noticed.

That's whatever I think when I hear someone with an obnoxiously loud exhaust.

I ran the Invidia N1 for quite some time with startups at 6 am every morning leaving for work. I cannot believe I did not get a single complaint because the cold starts were nuts. In fact, I got a compliment from my apartment manager saying he used it as his alarm to get up for the morning.

^ who needs alarms when you got modders who like to hear the engine roar.

I have a q300 after my stock exhaust got destroyed by road debris. I do not regret that exhaust at all. With your mods and q300 it should be different. Btw no drone for me

or option 4)

straight pipe till your neighbor grows a pair (just make sure you have video surveillance recording your car) MUAHAHAHA

I would thank you for being my morning alarm.
There's a WRX about 2 blocks from me that usually if I hear it in the morning, I know I overslept.
