Not quite. Excepting the antique survivors, I have no love for the shitty unbalanced vibrating Harley.

Hard to find round these parts. Better off building an Exocet. Which I need, but don't have time/money/space for.

Spuds vs Spud's house wiring part 2. Figured I would actually replace the GFCI that I thought was faulty today. I discovered that it's actually the second GFCI on the line, and it's wired to the load side of the first one (). There IS something wired after the second GFCI, this time connected to the line side (), but I can't seem to to find any other outlet or light switch in the house that's down right now. Last place to look is that outside plug but it's raining.

The plan: confirm the outside plug is down, replace the second GFCI (which I suspect had a problem anyway), rewire the first and second GFCI to be connected via the line terminals, and then add the outside circuit to the second GFCI load terminals.

Edit:. VICTORYYYYYYYYY!

it's interesting to me, i can find resources everywhere online to understand how to replumb an entire house, or whenever i've got a grey-area electrical question, there's dozens of forums and databases that i can search online to find the answer.

but to attempt to replace my own hvac system? absolutely nothing but links for others to do it for me... why is hvac such a voodoo art?
