Back-in-the-day, I once knew a mid level manager named Red, in our companies regulatory affairs group, that would create crises ..... then, solve the crises (problem) that he created. He did this for several years and finally got kicked upstairs to our Washington DC office.

How do I know this ..?? Because I took over his middle management position ......... and in the regulatory field, there are many paper trails.

If you put big enough tires on that the engine doesn't produce enough power to move the car anymore your tires will last much longer.

Funny you say that. Went to Canepa Cars and Coffee a few weekends back, and there were three such Pagani's.

Well.. I don't have a picture to prove it because I'm not interested in such things. But a guy was indeed nearly having sex with its tail pipes (multiple, see example below...) while simultaneously trying to get a centered photo of the engine from the rear.
