High squealing/grinding noise when driving

Ok so I’ve researched and put in a lot of wrench time to figuring this out. It’s driving me crazy!! Please help me.

When I drive at 4K rpm I get a grinding noise or squealing. Listen to the video. I replaced every pulley on the car with nst pulleys, thinking my pulleys were beat and it needed to be replaced. Mind you I’m at at 94k miles. I’ve also replaced the belt to also eliminate that. Still had same issue. Figured ok
Well maybe the bearings inside the alternator is going bad as well. Bought a remanufactured alternator and the car is still giving me this issue. What could I be missing? It’s only when I drive a live 4K and keep it there will
You here this noise.

Can the sound be duplicated while parked and someone else holding the accelerator at that RPM?
Will it happen at that RPM in most gears?

are you aware of the throw out bearing issue with the 2013"s and have you considered/researched that as a culprit. is the sound ever present at startup when the motor is warming, or only present when the car is moving at 4krpm. the TOB issue is a similar sound, but the sound can be manipulated drastically by depressing the clutch pedal in and out.

tap your foot on the clutch pedal, just a touch while it's happening.

It happens at any gear only when driving. When it’s neutral it doesn’t do it

When I had my ACT clutch, it would sometimes squeal around that rev range. It would go away if I put a little pressure on the clutch pedal. May just be the clutch tolerances/something vibrating
