Lessons learned.
1. Might off added too much salt to the initial water.
2. Water wasn’t warm enough either and the yeast didn’t properly activate.
3. Maybe proof for longer.

It looks better than it probably tastes.

the trick with baking is to not tell anyone what you're baking until it's done baking. then when it comes out, you name it.

that looks like cheesy bread.

I did sprinkle some cheese on top. Rosemary, thyme, and some roasted garlic.

I got Dunkin donuts for the first time in years. I couldn't fathom why she would ask me if I want ice cubes in my coffee or not. It didn't occur to me that she meant an iced coffee until I had left.

I also didn't realize that if I get a coffee, it has milk and sugar by default. "Plain coffee", I should've known it wouldn't be black..

I stopped by McD's on the way to work for coffee and an apple pie since I came in early. The car load of questionable people in front of me had ordered a ton of stuff and I could see their order on the screen. They each had like 10 cream, 15 sugars per drink, is that even coffee anymore.

i grew up with the old men that told me all the time "if you ain't gonna drink it black, there ain't no sense in drinkin' it"

so i don't drink coffee.
