Just bed it on the 404 South to 401 East ramp when approaching the curve.

I've never had to bed in brake pads when new just use your brakes hard every now and then.

Stoptechs can be bedded on the street safely. Aggressive track pads require a ton of heat which isn't that safe to do on the street lol

Right. I'm too used to my bp20 and HP+ haha
I bedded in my HPS with stock tires on local streets. A few consecutive hard stops and you're good to go.

I had thought trying to bed the pads in on any of the major highways with the cops around would have been just as successful as a limping deer being ignored by a pack of wolves. If I read Stop Tech info correctly I should be going from 100kph down to 15kph 8 to 10 times to built up the heat in the pads and rotors. I would have thought that doing that in front of anyone would be very annoying so I was hoping to find a quiet bit of road on which to di it.

I bedded my XP10s on the 407 at close to midnight. If you have high heat capacity pads, you cannot bed them safely on the DVP. That place is crawling with cars through all hours of the night.

In space where no one can hear you squeal! Seriously, I bedded brakes on highways by just taking the car to max speed limit and then braking hard and repeating the process.. obviously making sure there is no traffic behind or near my car.

Like everyone was saying, find an open stretch of highway. You could try the 404 north of the Buttonville airport. Some off ramps work well too. Just make sure no one is behind you lol.

407 just watch out for the unmarked cop cars usually hiding behind big signs around Bathurst and Yonge stretch.

Safest off ramp with least amount of traffic is probably 401 East at Progress Ave Best Buy exit, you can go back out to 401 West via Brimley North and exiting at Kennedy to repeat the process.

I use industrial park that loops around at off hours, though i'm not sure if your area have any quiet ones.

Stoptech street pads should be fairly easy to bed in, if not regular driving will eventually do.
