I gotta admit, my new boss is good. Not the best boss I ever had, but def up there. Transferring to new department, shit tons more work, but she def make sure I get equal rewards for work I do plus back me up on the issues. Props to her.

Still am, but not as much. Now, AD need to go through her before they tell me what to do. I enjoyed one of her reply. She got several pointless email from AD and all the replies she did was "Denied". I was included in BCC and I was laughing so hard. Of course, some legit ones, she did approved and making do, but it's within my job description.

My boss is equal job level as other AD, so when she say "no", literally no & no other AD can do shit about it... unless Deputy Director say otherwise. But recent stupid shit one of the AD did, I highly doubt DD gonna overwrite my boss' "no".
