Switching to overnight oats has incredibly helped me with bowel movement and morning energy. It sucked the first weeks, because I was so used to a heavier breakfast like an omelette with bacon and cheese lol. But that was better than eating a carb heavy meal.

You can get creative with oats and add any fruit or yougurt flavor, so I haven't gotten bored yet. Though I do miss some nice scrambled eggs and bacon in the mornings, and I'm not a fan of the Chia seeds stuck on my teeth. But they are a must to fill me up until lunch.

Bet the same shit () would happen if you at a bowl of regular oatmeal once a day.

I used to, but it wouldn't quite fill my appetite. Adding the whole milk and probiotic yogurt along with other grains and fruit has helped a lot in that sense. Is basically a glorified parfait.

Down to 162lbs so I'm getting closer to my 155lbs goal. Hopefully I can achieve that before the summer is over. Luckily my muscle mass has increased or remained the same as when I started doing my InBody analysis, though I really could use increasing it by about 5 more pounds. Still, happy with my progress thus far!

This fckn sucks. I can't seem to be able to do a complete upper back routine without either pulling a shoulder muscle, or a neck muscle. I thought I was in the clear after injuring myself 2 months ago, now I can't turn my head or look down without feeling like my head is going to pop off. Trying to sleep was a nightmare. I'm popping Ibuprofen like there's no tomorrow.

My form is perfect, It is the same exercises I've been doing for years. Haven't increased the weight. I think it is time to start seeing an orthopedic doctor instead of chiropractor.

Or a good physical therapist.

Also as a coach, I'm very wary of the phrase "my form is perfect." I've never seen perfect form on anything.

One of these statements most likely is not true if the other one is.

Most people who claim they have perfect form have far from it.
Most people who have near perfect form still think they have plenty of room for improvement.

At this point I'll take a hypnotist if that is what it takes. I guess all the years of shipyard work and antenna set up in the army are taking their toll.

Most of it could be because I'm still coming down from a tingling in my left hand and left foot, which has come down with weekly sessions with chiropractor and better life choices at home. Since I already managed injuring myself doing a new exercise months ago, which I will say I completely did it wrong, I must also admit that I got carried away seeing how well I was doing and manage to damage whatever is I did the first time, just with an exercise that I'm fully comfortable with and I had been performing for years with zero problems.

If you can find a good sports physical therapist (Doctor PT, don't settle for this technician bullshit), they're worth their weight in gold. I only see an ortho when I need surgery.
