you dont need overpipe
hks uel have super small exit, smaller than stock they don t say that but you will see from the flange on it
keept stock over pipe to "Match" diameters with frontpipe too
If you don t change front pipe, you ll get less rasp than me
but still loud probably because of spec L, louder than my Legamax, so yes should be deeper sounding your config

Okay good. Yeah I'm keeping my two cats so that stock front pipe ain't going anywhere. Based on the videos, this setup won't produce any rasps which is good because all I want is that Boxer Rumble! Its all I ever wanted.

I am so nervous about the loudness because I know it will be deep and bassy but will it be loud? I will find out next week when the HKS Flash Editor arrives

will not be iper loud, but of course Spec L being straight with resonators, it will be a bit when you floor the pedal
mufflers ate better in being quieter

shouldn t be annoying at all though since the lack of rasp

Yeah exactly. As long as there is no rasp, I'm okay with it.

The patience is killing me. I ordered the HKS UEL header and overpipe - it's coming in July!

Haha yes I did! It sounds soooo nice now. Subtle Subie rumble which is what I wanted. I ordered an OFT V2 so that I can tune it all together with my mods, so this is going to be interesting once I tune it.

I'll post some vids when I have time!

PS: didn't realize that I posted that back in JUNE. Can't believe it's already DECEMBER...

Hope you're enjoying yours! Still need to see some vids!

Which site did you check? I think I saw some from blackhawkjapan. I'm almost thinking to sell mine in the near future and get their EL version instead. I'm on the fence about it because these are amazing.

Oh please let me know, of all the sites I only found them with the ECU package instead of just header so you are looking at 2100 VS 1300 new. *Which i don't need as I have ecutek

Got tired of drones & Just want something new, this will be my 3rd header. Also Let's not kid ourselves, just swap to 2nd gen or a different car gives more power then whatever header & tune can give you.
