Sapphireho sell to spike021, at a price he could afford to finance (including down payment) and the seller (Sapphireho) "carry back" a note on the balance between the financed amount and the agreed sale price. The note would be secured by a lien on the title to the property. NOW ……. keep in mind that these thoughts are coming from a burnt out old real estate broker, from a different state, that is 6 years out of touch with the real estate and mortgage markets …… humfrz |
