AU GT86 Rear view camera Plug-n-play on Canadian (Pioneer) navigation system ?
Anyone have a clue if this system would just plug and play to my CANADIAN Sport tech BRZ ? I want it to look as OEM as possible and I don't want to drill the valance... cheers !

For all rear view camera install on a 2013, you need to order that connector:

I don't know about the Canadian BRZ but I have fitted this kit to my Australian BRZ and it works great.
Make sure you mention that you are putting it in a BRZ, they will give you an extra loom that plugs into the factory loom, not the head unit, then you only need to splice in one wire. |

As I said originally, the cam does not plug into the head unit, it plugs into the cars loom. So I would think that if you can get a reverse cam as a dealer option that works with that headunit then the CCS one should work. I do agree though that it is a $160 gamble.

Simon: If you figure this out let me know!
I'll be investigating no-drill options for installing a rearview camera on the Pioneer head unit. |

100% you'll need to drill with the kit you linked to

Any advise for possible non-drill options? There must be a way to get a small camera and pull the wire through something into the trunk! (I'm picking up my new car tonight, so pardon my ignorance if impossible)
