Hey carbine, I recently got my 2017 brz too. I noticed you said you said you got a drop in filter for yours. Is yours the manual transmission or the automatic because I've been looking for a drop in air filters and the choice in transmission affects the air filter design. Wondering if you have the manual trans where you got your filter from? thanks!

Is that a stock 2017 BRZ? Just wondering how the bottom part of the tail lights are lit up, while on mine only the top part lights up. Also your rear diffuser is a different style too. Congrats on the new BRZ

Yes it is stock (2017). I used the flash on my phone camera so it is most likely a reflection.

Hello, new BRZ owner from Cleveland here. Purchased a 2017 Limited WRC Blue version from Subaru of Brunswick. I've already taken a roadtrip to Kentucky in the BRZ and have been enjoying it immensely. This is also my first RWD ride, it's very interesting to learn the new dynamics to how the car handles. Cheers.

Hello, just picked up a used 2013 BRZ Premium. 6-speed, with 41k miles on it.

Just like ncted, my last sports car was a 2003 Miata. So far I'm loving it.

Thanks! Yeah, I kinda figured. I'd already lurked here and have known the BRZ was going to be perfect for me ages ago. It was actually a huge relief to test drive one and just have everything be exactly as I expected, in some ways even better. I thought I may be disappointed by the power, but I was not. I'm 6'1" and an athletic build, I thought maybe I'd be a little cramped (my miata was just a little bit too small for me) but it felt like the seat was made for me. The steering, the seat, the 'decent but not trying to kill you' throttle response and the predictable handling was exactly what I've been looking for in a car.
