Before and after dyno numbers would be sweet.

Not really. This header is street legal in Japan and has the matching certificates for both ZC6 and ZN6 chassis. Export to the US was sort of an afterthought.

Drive-by depends greatly on the exhaust.

And not sure what you mean by "paired with an UEL header" since this entire header/OP/FP is one kit.

Initial test:

Max db:
Front pipe only - 85.7db
Header + FP - 85.7db

Front pipe definitely is effective at maintaining same exhaust sounds. Exhaust testing next.

I tested 3 different exhaust systems to represent what people may buy on the market.
The Blitz VS/VSR is in the same realm as quiet exhausts from other companies like Invidia, TRD, Fujitsubo, etc. Large resonator and stock-like exhaust note.
The Tomei 60R represents the loudest exhaust available short of a straight pipe catback.
The Blitz F-Ti represents quality performance exhausts on the market but not at a sound level that induces popped ear drums.

All the measured sound is peak db.
The surprising part is that in all cases, this setup is more effective than the stock header/OP/FP in terms of sound suppression. As I suspected, combination(s) of resonator sizing is what is keeping sound levels tame.

For what it's worth, the current Apex'i/Blitz F-Ti setup is borderline Laguna Seca safe (95db @ 50').

Considering the full Apexi vs HKS. Just need some sound clips and then it's coming down to price between the two.

I like how the Apexi has an extra bung for doing wideband AFR

Time to start saving up for this setup. Thanks for all these reviews you put up on the forum and help on the previous thread i made.

I think this will sound great paired with the Fujitsubo Authorize R.

do they just sell the front pipe? I love it. HKS did the samething and paired it with their catted front pipe. Hope Apexi can sell it separately....
