Zach sent me an update the other night, which I am assuming was to address idle oscillation/engine surge. Man, this motherfucker idles like a champ now. I can be at a dead stop with fans in circulation, turning my A/C compressor on and off repeatedly and the RPM stays pegged at 900. This has made my stop and go work commute much more enjoyable.

So far so good! I'm so happy that the issue had been resolved and it was because of the nanny cord! tune still needs to be finalized.

Thought I'd give the general audience here an update. We're starting to roll out Version 21.00 of the Flash & Go tune. This new version will include improvements over V20.00 such as improved tip in response, and most importantly a greatly improved idle for a majority of folks. This is especially the case for individuals running larger injectors.

If you have had an issue with idle performance on our tune in the past, please send me a direct email to sales@delicioustuning.com.com with your full name and the kit you are running. We now have a proven method of ironing this issue out and getting idle where it should be.

Additionally, Flex Fuel enabled vehicles will enjoy a bit more power on tap when using E85 on this latest version of the tune. For more information, please contact me directly via email.

Sincerely,

Zach

With your built motor, how well do you think it takes the HBP? I was looking into building mine in the near future.

And nice job Zach and DT! Love the hard work

Very well as far as I could tell

I'm no expert so I asked experts for opinion - CSG, Outfront Motorsports, Delicious Tuning. Very happy with how things worked out. Exactly what I was looking for. Car felt fantastic on track.

My objectives were simple "Reliable 300+whp @ OEM 12.5 compression @ 93 Oct gas with Jackson Racing C38 SC and High Boost Pulley (HBP). Engine should survive a "money shift". Result: Capacity for several hundred hp at well over 10k RPM." @CounterSpace Garage, Outfront Motorsports and @DeliciousTuning delivered.

Okay so it's about time I posted up the final review!!

The story starts with an upcoming Dyno Competition with my state's 86/BRZ club, of which I am the black sheep of the crew as I am tuned by Delicious Tuning (not a common thing here in Aus/the club). Receiving flack for about a month leading up, "you'll never win on an internet tune," haha playful teasing etc.

So I showed this to Zach and the mutual decision was the destroyyyy. So we tuned up to 18 PSI on E85 but didn't say anything to the guys about it. Just sly little comments here and there ;D

Here's the results!!

So here's the facts of the day:
Dyno Room temp - 40C (about 105F)
Stock sized tyres on stock wheels 215/45/17
Suffered wheel spin at 18 PSI and had to reduce to 16 PSI
Still had traction issues
Standard front pipe, midpipe and custom axleback
Dyno Dynamics dyno, similar to Mustang. Quite low reading compared to Dyno Jet. Reads stock car at about 110kW

All things a little better, we probably would have obliterated our 300kW aim but as it were, we were 50kW above the next highest.

I want to say the biggest thank you to Zach and Delicious Tuning for such an amazing tune. It has been absolutely flawless on both E85 and 98. You truly can just flash and go!!

Amazing company, amazing tune, amazing results!!!

We can't wait for the built motor and turbo upgrade. Then we can really see what she's capable of!

My tune was finalized by Zach and here's what it put out!

It's a FBM base with gt2871r with a 3inch JDL OP+FP and bottle necking to a 2.5 inch Tommy Kaira titanium catback.

380whp at 1 bar and 330whp at .8 bar. Did a previous one at .5 bar at 280whp

Solid numbers and look at that torque curve.

Just so that we are keeping notes on our tunes.

Latest revisions as of 11/15/2016:
- Edelbrock: V21.00
- Flash & Go: V21.00

The improvements on the Edelbrock and Flash & Go tunes include.
- Crisper throttle response, blipping and for throttle control at the track
- More mid range and top end power (especially on cars with full exhaust systems)
- More stable idle when coming to a stop, blipping and parking lot driving

And if you have not seen it yet we are now at 420whp on an Edelbrock Supercharger Kit running our Flex Fuel Kit on E85.
