Looks damn good to me, 55w DDM tuning full metal ballast

The reflector/projection statement was ment to be used as a reference.

Im trying to find where I posted that it was perfect. But I agree its not perfect nor is it obnoxious /unsafe.

Good luck with your retrofits.

I don't recall mentioning no glare but I remember saying that there isint an annoying glare or one that could be potentially unsafe.

refer to the first bolded part. in reading your posts, it sounds exactly like you're saying what you're now saying you didn't say.

refer to the second bolded part. same deal. if that is what you are trying to say, it is easily misread as saying what you're saying you didn't want it to say.

To clear things up

1. I do believe 55w kits produce a glare, BUT not an annoying/ unsafe glare. 55w on!

2. My wording may have been off so if theres something someone diddnt understand id be happy to clarify. Do ask.

3. Do get it twisted I kill hoes with my rang.

4. The fewer 55w kits out there the better, I personally enjoy everything about them except for that on/off routine, found it worked better to turn them on prior to starting the car.

5. Havent had anyone complain about them unlike with my old reflector set up, nothing could be that bad.

Let's be honest here, the light that is above the cut off is multitudes weaker than a flashlight, it's not going to "blind" anyone.

It's not about it being bright. It about what it causes your eyes to do. It changes the visual focus of oncoming drivers. It's like having a lifted truck in your rear view mirror. Ya...that is bright, but what it is doing is taking your focus away, both visual and mental. "Stupid truck" starts leaning head to the side, then flips the mirror. Then starts thinking about how close the car behind is to you because you can't see with the flap thing engaged.

Do you usually use a flashlight as bright as this?
