Subaru BRZ - The biggest small car ever

So the other day I parked next to a Corolla and took a picture to show my friends who hadn't seen my car just how small the BRZ really is. It looks damn near photoshopped into this picture.

Then today of my friends says "you need to get a picture next to an Elise". Yeah as if that's gonna happen anytime soon

Well it did ...and boy does the BRZ look huge compared to an Elise. Couldn't get great angles because of all the people but thought you guys might get a laugh out of this. By the way the Elise was a regular old RED 2ZZ elise that the guy had custom painted (door jams, engine bay, everything) and then aftermarket supercharger fitted. He claimed 310whp.

I'd seen and ridden in various Loti in the wild before, but the first time I saw an Exige parked next to a Camry I couldn't help but gawk at the disparity. The BRZ looks big next to the Lotus, but not big in the way every other car looks next to one. Those are awesome comparison shots for explaining the car to friends.

I park next to an Elise everyday at work. The BRZ definitely looks bigger, though not huge. I park it next to my NA Miata daily and I see how small the Miata is.

The BRZ's windshield is wide and huge. Great visibility but makes the car feel wider than my '03 WRX. The two cars actually seem similar sized in the garage.

(yeah, perspective can make the Miata look twice as big as the Subaru...)

Mattles - good eye. It's an STO with 66k miles. Probably will sell it bc I open my garage door and walk straight to the BRZ each time. The Miata has gotten no love this week.
