Carb legal tune?

hey guys recently looking to getting rid of the torque dip of the car while keeping the car mostly stock.

my plans is just changing the the exhaust to a invidia q300 and changing from stock wheels and tires to probably 17x9 +38 57dr wheels.

You can get an OFT and flash a Stage 1 tune to get rid of the torque dip. Once smog checks is due, switch back to stock tune, drive for a bit and you should be good.

As long as you don't have headers yes, you can just re flash after smog check
