Don't forget to constantly work on the range of motion! And don't get too cocky because you will regret it later

Also don't let it get you down. I only have tendonitis on my rotator cuff and that's depressing but I'm not gonna let it get me down

How do you stay fit? Do you exercise once a week? Three times a week? Every day of the week? Or are your only squats involved in getting in and out of our cars? It'd be nice to see what people are doing to stay healthy and also as a general fitness thread for meat heads and couch potatoes alike.

My week consists of lots of running. Intervals, long slow distance runs, and the occasional tempo run through the woods. Physical therapy for my shoulder 3x a week, and adequate calisthenics. Previously was keeping my routine based around Tough Mudders I'd run or some random 5km runs.

The Lean Machine we drive should be an inspiration for all of us.

I was going 5 to 3 per week, now once or twice because of work.
I couldn't imagine being flabby and cornering in the 86, especially shifting 6MT.
I take a few supplements. My 86 takes none so far, it doesn't need any. It's a lean mean cornering machine!

please forgive me if that's someones car/pic, but damn, you aint seeing curves from the back

Yup! Working on it. This is my 2nd time and it's going a lot more smoothly.

My personal favorite is Dymatize nutrition iso 100, my girlfriend loves Cellucor, which is also fantastic. But if you're looking for something cheaper you can always just get a basic whey protein powder, isolates are purer and absorb more rapidly but normal whey is fine. Also, casein is beneficial to consume before bed to prevent catabolism while sleeping.

I use the following:

Men's multivitamin sport (GNC)
Pre workout (cellular c4)
Creatine
Whey isolate protein powder (dymatize iso 100)

I would take casein at night by my stomach does't let me lol

Branched chain amino acids are good to take too but most quality protein powders will have them included.
I use mega men's multivitamin
Assault as a Pre workout
Kre-Alkalyn as a PH balanced creatine
And Combat Powder (Orange Creamsicle) for a protein (I'm a fan of MusclePharm products)

Usually before bed I do 3/4 scoop of protein (Cookies and cream), a serving of peanut butter and a serving of cottage cheese mixed together in a bowl. Sounds disgusting but actually tastes amazing.

I'm not gonna lie. Seeing everyone talk about supplements and protein shakes has me freaking out. I guess I'm all about being natural haha. Or my CSCS side is telling me otherwise. Iono.
