Maybe I just don't see bright yellow concrete things too good?

At this point, you're just trying to destroy your car lol Hope Mrs. Humfrz took the keys away for real this time

I've always been careful when parking. I always reverse into spots. Just feels a lot easier for me

Hey, maybe easy for YOU to reverse into spots! I have enough trouble reversing OUT of parking spots, even when I have a whole lane to back into.

I think mrs humfrz is sneaking up on taking my keys. I tried to find my spare key fob the other day and couldn't find it -

I was behind a truck hauling sugar beets yesterday. It lost a bunch in a turn. I had to slalom around them. Did not crash.

My wife's procedure for finding lost things is to retrace or backtrack from your current position.. Obviously this may not work for you as you have an issue with "backtracking".. Just sell your slightly "home-modified" Twin and get a DD beat-up Civic.. I'm sure someone has one for sale on this forum..

Drove my FRS across Maryland. Twice, and one time was in the rain (gasp!). Almost ran off the road by idiots 3 times, saw a boat that fell off a trailer, a van decide that "no, I didn't want to take this exit" while on the ramp... I really need to make a bingo sheet up to keep track of it all. Did not crash.

The big question is, did you stop for the free sugar beets?

I wouldn't know what to do with a sugar beet.

To paraphrase what a wise Uncle told me about cigarettes in my high school graduation card where he listed "10 things that will help you get through life"

never refuse a free sugar beet, you can always sell it later.

Also , you can peel, cube and roast them, but they are REALLY sweet as the name implies, so they are usually best with other vegetables. You can also eat the greens by preparing them like spinach or kale.

You can also boil them down to make syrup but I've never done that. I'm sure the instructions are on the Interwebs somewhere.

Boil em, mash em, stick them in a stew... Wait, wrong Idaho plant...

I'm sure if i drive the roads nearby i could find plenty on the side of the road. Amalgamated Sugar is about 5 miles away.
