Brand new FRS, no snow/sport mode?? What the hell??

Hi Guys. Before I call the dealership and start freaking out, am I missing something here or did they forget to put the sport/snow control in my car??? I bought this car knowing it had a special "snow" mode as the winters here can get very harsh.

Every piece of info I can find tells me that this control should be included in my car, and it was not an option that I was given. I feel like Im not getting something Im entitled to...

Yeah, only on AT. "Snow" mode just starts the car off in second gear, which you can do by yourself with a MT. I think the sport mode just shifts faster, or higher in the revs, or something...another thing you control by yourself with a MT.

I do not, however, understand the difference between the VSC sport, traction off, etc. I know if you press the traction control (or whatever the left button is) once, it does something. If you hold it for 5 seconds it does something else. If you press the VSC sport button it also does something. I have no idea what any of it actually is, just that they all change or disable various systems. I'm sure it's in the manual, but I haven't bothered to look yet.

Thanks guys, really glad I decided to come here first haha!

On another note, my tire pressure gauge is on and the pressure is fine, and its started very rough a couple of time since my first fill up yesterday. I used shell Vpower 91 octane gas, so maybe that explains the rough starts? Not something you like to see a few days after driving it off the lot, but dont take this as someone whining, because I still love this car almost more than life itself! Just a few hiccups is all...

The Sport mode button, when pressed, increases your HP by +92, increase your torque by +65. The Snow mode button, when pressed, will automatically flip out a set of track assembly similar to the snowmobile.

you don't have those buttons? you're missing out man.

VSC Sport allows more slip angle and wheel spin before stability control intervenes.

Pressing TCS OFF turns traction control off, but it re-engages at 31mph. Basically for getting yourself unstuck.

Pressing and holding TCS OFF turns traction & stability control off until the vehicle is turned off.

I think as you press to turn each one off, it gets less and less computerized on the power.

As others have said, no snow mode on M/T's. You should have a sport mode button though.

Everytime i start my car I press both buttons at once and hold it for a few seconds so trak is off, vsc is off, and vsc sport mode is off.

I drive better without them.
