You'll still have warranty for "most" of the car. It's basically like aftermarket mods, if they can find the cause of your problem to be a result of the accident that happened, they'll say you're on your own, and that's when you'll have to either pay out of your pocket for it, or get money through the other person's insurance to have that part fixed, even if something breaks a year later because of that accident. Plus, the body shop that fixes your car will have their warranty on the things they fix too, so that should cover anything Toyota will not.

Damn. Toyobarus dropping like flies! I'm glad your okay OP. Good to know our cars can take a good hit even while T boned on the drivers side and still be safe.

You may have to fight with the insurance companies but if the car is not totalled, you should be compensated also for 'diminished value' due to the accident and its inclusion in future CARFAX and similar reports. Resale value for your car will be less now, hence the 'diminished value'. There is a lot of info about this on the Internet. This is something a lot of car owners don't know about but I've been there and done that. In my case I had to have legal representation help me but the bottom line was still a positive for me financially.

Good luck.

Sorry to see the crash, glad everyone is okay.

But on the brighter side, think of the wheels you can run with that camber! (at least on the left side).

Talk about crunch.

Well if you're doing good then that's all that counts and same goes for those old people that were in the accident as well.
