The FT is surprisingly wide for it's length and height. Makes for a real good platform, and plenty of room inside.

Somehow the nose of the GC reminds me of the dramatic scene in Alien when the baby alien is bursting out of that crewman's belly.

There is one design element favouring the GC though - the front edge of the hood is where it should be; the hood edge on the BRZ is way too far back.

i think that could be a good thing. hood starts farther back so maybe the rock chips will be on the plastic bumper. atleast chipped plastic wont rust

I shot some pics of the BRZ next to my NA Miata...you can see them here. Compared to the NA, the BRZ looks quite big. Then again, anything other than an Elise looks quite big next to an NA Miata! When sitting inside, the cabin feels like a shrunken 350Z...with similar overall size to the S2000 IMO.

That's not too bad, though the BRZ is a good bit wider and taller. Which could mostly be chalked up to car design changes over the past 20 years.
