Neck is a little sore but I'll live.
Yeah it was maybe a 15-20 mph hit so not too bad. The truck in front was 100% untouched. Her car had a little of my paint on it but I scraped it off with my fingernail and it wasn't possible to know she hit me at all.
The crazy thing is just 3 weeks ago I bumped somebody in the front, same spot but maybe 5 mph hit, and got it repaired cash out my pocket but they did a horrible job because I went to a cheaper place to repair it.
I was just about ready to bring it back to the idiots and ask them for some money back so I could bring it to the dealers body shop and have it done correctly and this happened tonight. So instead it's all getting redone
but this time I'm bringing it straight to the dealerships body shop and I know they will do it 100% this time. New hood, new front bumper, new rear bumper, and probably trunk will do it. Trunk will not shut properly now.

Yea, next weekend I’m taking out my console and putting this red one in. I think it will look pretty good and match my red door handles nicely. I’ll upload a pic then.

painted my side skirts and installed them. Some imperfection close up but from a distance they look pretty good. Plus my car looks like it needs a wash.

Installed my Vland taillights :

Before:

After:

A lot more understated than the Valentis I had before. Also seem of slightly higher quality than the speedline Valentis.

Garage
Officially sold her today... in a few days when the transporter comes to pick her up and bring her to her new owner I know will shed a few tears as she departs.

The FR-S will be very missed... first new car I ever bought and the best car I've ever had even with its idiosyncrasies and Subaru lineage...had two Subarus before, never wanted another one. I was a car I got in spite of the boxer motor it was given.

I will be out of debt now though (as of next CC payments, totally paying down and getting rid of one card and totally paying down and keeping the other)...

From a couple days ago... Vlands

I don't understand why they come wired incorrectly but with quick disconnects so it can get rewired easily. Seems weird to me but they look great.

Weird indeed. Mine came with the row wiring, but no quick disconnects 🤔

Picked up a set of BRZ PP wheels and lowered with Eibach Sportlines. What a difference a small drop makes in overall aesthetics.

Oil change

Swapped 0w20 for this:
So far so good. Holds redline oil pressure above 58 psi no matter oil temp. so far unlike the 0w20. I will run it for the summer/fall then blackstone it to see the results.
