Sad goodbye

It is with great sadness that I have to say goodbye to all of you, my friends. I killed my car on Friday night and now have less than 25 days to buy a new car. Sadly I will not be getting another one. I loved my Red Foxy and will never forget the thrill I got from driving it every day. The skidpan, the track days and the jealous looks from guys with much more expensive machinery. But, it's a case of been there, done that. I would never again get that same feel. I will miss this forum and the guys banter. Oh and since I believe in full disclosure, I have to admit than I am now on your #$^# list. I now have a GTI. Sorry guys, I could not resist.

Yes, I've said so many times: "So many cars, so little time". Try out every one you can! Good luck.

If you didn't have insurance then why have you only got 25 days to buy a new car?

Go well. Hope you'll be back here with an 86 once you see the folly of your decision...
