Nameless Axle back Muffler Delete With Stock Midpipe

Hi,

I'm looking to install the Nameless Muffler delete axle back on my car. Im just wondering how much louder the car will be?

It is tolerable as a daily driver? do anyone have the same set up as this?

thanks

I have it with a CNT uel header and my axleback is 3 inches with 5 inch mufflers, absolutely no drone and has a perfect tone:

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjU09Z1zXRo"]CNT UEL And Nameless 3 inch axleback - YouTube[/ame]

I can't personally recommend my 3 inch however, I would HIGHLY recommend the 2.5 inch for the stock mid pipe and entire exhaust unless you have a forced induction setup planned for two reasons:

1) Nameless claimed it would fit perfectly with the stock 2.5 inch mid-pipe, turned out it didn't and had a slight leak, required a grimmspeed exhaust gasket and permatex ultra copper rtv exhaust sealant on both sides of the gasket. Buying the 2.5 inch with 5 inch mufflers is the best bet to avoid this unless you end up buying there full exhaust

2)It took over one month for it to get to me. had it been the 2.5 inch it would've arrived much quicker, it's also important to note Nameless builds to order. Therefore they are limited by that and have to wait for materials. To counter this simply email them before ordering to be sure of the arrival date

With those small gripes however I have to say this, and it can be avoided buy simply buying the 2.5 inch:

1) It has really really good build quality weld have no fish eyes, and the entire thing has a nice look and you can peak at those perpendicular cans from behind.
2) It sounds glorious and they managed to get no drone with the two mufflers.

I wouldn't recommend a muffler delete btw, unless you plan on not adding any other exhaust mods. Otherwise it would be a perfect fit.

Hello @dattran86 and welcome to our fine forum.......

Good choice for an aftermarket muffler system. However, you may wish to re-think the "delete" part.

I have a stock exhaust system, except for a nameless axle back, with 2.5" piping and 5" mufflers and I consider is loud enough. Under power, it kind of says "I'm here" but, it doesn't shout "look at me".

If your going to use your car as a DD and would still like to hear your radio and other peoples conversation ...... I'd go with either the 5" or 4" mufflers.

That sounds absolutely amazing... Might have convinced me to change my exhaust set up...

Also what are your thoughts on the CNT UEL?

CNT uel is awesome for the budget you can't beat it, all the first production batch issues with leaks and fitment are pretty much gone.

I actually been running 3in catback from nameless including the muffler delete axle back for a couple of week.

It is very loud. I dont mind loud exhaust but mine is a little too loud for long driving.

So im planning to take the nameless midpipe off and replace it with my stock mid pipe.

Thanks for the reply

i am actually not planning on any other exhaust related like front pipe or header. that will probably be 2-3 years down the road.

So im assuming I should be alright until i decided to upgrade other exhaust parts?
