The best part is all the safety violations since I am by myself with no scissor lift and we have 30-35ft ceilings.

I do all those things already! Especially bananas. Those are good for about 2 hours, and it's always in the 2 hours you don't need a banana.

Especially the dryer one. but I take all the clothes out and leave them stuffed in a hamper for a couple of days, ok 1-2 weeks until I need the hamper again. I tell people you really need to let fresh clothes acclimate to the house before folding. Folding too fast after the heat cycle can shock the cotton fibers

Ever look up 'driving shoes' on Amazon? It's all loafers like that. Apparently it's a thing for the thinness of them to better feel the pedals. I went down that path once because I wanted a tennis shoe with slightly more rubber on the back of the heel so I can stop peeling it apart moving my feet around while driving.

Banana bread is delicious, especially toasted and slathered in butter. Though my wife prefers Nutella to butter.

I would love to get a pair of driving shoes. But so far, out of regular shoes to wear while driving, I've found Converse the best. Probably because they run a little wider and longer, easier to Heel-to-Toe. Which is funny because I hate driving with boots on, even when they are significantly wider than Converse, but I don't get as much feel for the pedals due to the extra rubber.

I have an old pair of Toms that my toenails have worn holes in that are my favorite driving shoes. The problem is they aren’t really suitable to be seen in public so I toss a pair of socks and shoes in the passenger footwell if I’m going to be going in anywhere.
