You’re right, race silver is the only one in stock. I called them and spoke to Ryan. Super nice guy, and it’s nice to be able to actually get to speak to someone rather than email only like some companies.

though certain rota's are difficult to come by depending on a number of factors. the available wheel sizes/offsets on their site are nowhere near what is usually available from most distributors.

Not sure what kind of feedback you're looking for, but I've got the Apex ARC-8 wheels. No spacers required to fit over RR Racing Stage 2 BBK. I've had no problems with them on the track or street. The finish on them is good, although not as durable as the finish on my other wheels (Wedssport TC105N).

One unique thing about Apex is they've got a lifetime warranty that covers track use. I've never had to use it, but it's nice knowing it's there. Apex is pretty well respected in the BMW track community so they've got some history behind them.

Thanks, DarkSunrise. Yes, the replacement wheel for $150 is a great feature. Your review echoes my friend’s, who has a BMW. He loves his ARC8s.

Are you sure Titans are lighter than RPF1s? A quick google search says Titan 17x9 is 17.8 lbs and RPF1 17x9 is 15.9 lbs.

They are not, one of our members here weighed them on his YouTube channel at ~18.5llb for a 17x9 +42et. That still isn't bad for a knock off design but it represents a 2.5lb gain over the original.

Appreciate everyone’s input so far. The ARC8 appears to be the best combination, but still curious if anyone has any other ideas or contributions?

Apex is releasing some new models in the near future, might be worth waiting to see what they release.

My only issue with the ARC8s is strut clearance. With the Sachs dampers and Continental DWS06 245/40/17 there is barely 5mm of clearance. I had to use camber plates to get negative camber up front. If you are on coilovers you should have plenty of space to use bolts if you need them.

17x9 that checks all the boxes?

You’re right. Thank you. I’ve already emailed and spoke with them about what’s coming. Among what’s coming are forged wheels, which are just out of my budget.

I noticed the same clearance issue with Koni struts and have since switched to RCE T2s.

hypergrams 17x9 +40 clear st40 calipers with about an inch of clearance. they also weigh in lighter than the arcs at 17.5 and are easy to order replacements online or at any discount tire.

Thanks for the recommendation on the Konig wheels. I personally prefer the styling of the ARC8, but you’re right that the Konig checks all the boxes.
