Double check those top nuts, they don't look fully threaded. My top nuts threaded more than that and they have a tendency to back off if you don't use enough blue loctite.

It was a PAIN IN THE ASS to get them to thread to that point, the top allen is completely stripped.... I put loctite on them, and don't feel clunking. But will definintely keep an eye on them. Thanks for looking out!

IIRC you're running Tarmac Zeros so there may be a different threaded shaft than the T2's I'm running. Mine, for reference:

I've tightened them down a bit since that pic and got a few threads showing above the nut.

Yes, I did go...... Felt completely out of place though, with only 9.5 wide wheels at -2 camber.
