Washer Fluid Spray - Low Flow

I feel stupid for posting this but the solution is escaping me.

Running the washer on the windshield results in a spray that's about 6" or so out the nozzles.

I've blown out the lines and cleaned them with vinegar/distilled water. The spray using that level seems to be fine.

I've replaced the factory washer pump with a Trico aftermarket pump.

The results are the same. The spray is the same out of each side.

What am I missing?

Have you taken a pin to the nozzle heads yet? I used to see people have crystalized buildup from Rain-X orange fluid in the mid 2000s that you'd have to clear annually using a pin

That's literally the only thing I haven't done. I have the cowl off the car and I've continued to test it and nothing seems to change.

Honestly, it almost seems like the pump isn't making enough pressure but I'll try the pin idea next.
