Rubber cap next to PCV valve?

Hi I'm looking for some help finding a part. I just bought a 2013 FR-S and I was looking around the engine bay and I noticed a hole next to the PCV valve. Looking at pictures online it looks like there should have been a rubber cap that goes there. Can anyone tell me the part number? Also anyone know what it is for?

It's called the timing hole plug. I don't know if they melt, or dry up and fall out, but they sure don't like to stay put. :/

Luckily, it's an inexpensive part. 11413AA120

On my son's Forester, that's the access for the torque converter bolts. The piece is missing from my FRS and I don't worry about it. I'm sure one day I'll be working on the car and drop a 10mm socket. Guess where it will go.
