Well, unless you are really tracking it, I doubt the brakes would ever overheat, so by the Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements definition it would be RICE. But I'd have to say it would likely fall under tasty rice.

Edit:. Actually, it would be negative useful, as you would increase drag and pressure in the engine bay, thus decreasing radiator cooling capacity.

I daily a 93 Prelude with a JDM h22a. People just about give these cars away now. I also made a 4 cylinder super stock dirt racecar out of one. lol. I got the daily for free with a blown engine and the racecar for 300 bucks running +driving. They are great cars.
