Von, what about the NSX? Great sports car by Honda.
Honda atleast has a car on the market that has a sporty image (even with some rice attached) the Civic Si is a decent little car, my friend owns one and I've had the pleasure of driving it for a few days. I was enjoying my time with it. Toyota needs this to come out so they can start taking some of those sales :P As for engine codes :1BA-GSE and 1OA-GSE get my votes too |

We can just stop now. Check out some quality modded Civics and then come back and say that.

@ Hondas: Its just WWD (wrong-wheel drive) for most of 'em, thats about it. Its a matter of preference and what feels fun. To me, I just can't have fun in a fronter. And no, its not a drift thing, its just the feel of the car.
@topic: Hahaha, forgot about this topic. It has to be 1BA, it references two things with one stone, AND you can take BA and use it to mean badass. Its so perfect it has to work! |

lol at Toyota supremacy against Honda. They are two very similar companies with similar philosophies when it comes to building cars. I can already tell I'm going to hate this forum.

And gee, wouldn't you know it, its on a site ABOUT a future toyota! Wonder why that is? Similar philosophies? Peh I say! Honda had 1, count it 1 production car that was driven by the rear wheels, and it wasn't a car obtainable by joe-normal-public. At one point during the same time frame (early 90's), Toyota had their affordable sports car in the MR2, the AWD turbo beast in the Celica GT-4 (all-trac), and their high-end flagship sports car in the Supra, which was still half the price of the NSX, and all weren't carrying the bland feel of an FF. You don't go into the 90's, against the FF swarm, with 3 such cars in your sport lineup and follow a similar 'philosophy' that Honda had. Toyota built their legacy on RWD sports (At one time having 4 Rear driven sport vehicles) and they carried that well into 90's. Now, on their normal econo lineup? Sure, it was pretty much the exact same philosophy. Both make very reliable cars. Last edited by OldSkoolToys; 02-08-2010 at 11:03 PM. |

Sorry to miss the OP's 'point' in this thread, but I am going to guess that if Subaru is building the block they are going to stamp it.
