Looked at the intecs, do you all think it will be plug and play for the 2017 since they are LED already? Are they street legal since they dont seem to have the side light?

these are carshopglow custom tails. ive asked ken about this specific design but he will not redo this design it was specifically only for his car. you can design your own, they will be around 1200 from CSG and a long ass wait list.

I'm extremely tempted to order a set. Mounting points look the same, and based on the CAD drawing from the leaked '17 BRZ tech document last year it looks like the connectors on the back are the same...I'm just a tad gun-shy about getting them, with the Revo's going for similar dollar billz. I'm curious how a '17 tail light and pre-'17 taillight would look on the same car for comparison. Can any Subaru dealer employees do a quick swap from a new '17 onto their car under the cover of darkness?

New revo's (imo) are just a nicer version of OEM. Revos look more OEM than the OEM ones do.

But if it was black, it wouldn't reflect light rendering your turn signal almost useless...

When these '17 MY Tails are in installed on the 13-16 MY, do the LED turn signals blink in unison with the halogen front blinkers?

Not sure exactly what you mean by "in unison"? I have the 17 tails installed on my 13 and yes when you activate the turn signal, the front and rear blink at the same time.

Maybe there was something more specific you were trying to get answered? Let me know and I'd be happy to do some testing for you.
