Interesting concept. The more you know.

In most cases it is the only way to do a boat or jet ski.

today i re-learned that no matter how many times you bludgeon an apprentice of 3 years with the same information to push him forward, a shovel cannot be a screwdriver.

TIL two things so far..

1. "Mariachi" beer, while cheap and 10% ABV, is sooooo bad it's pretty much undrinkable. Still.... I shall prevail.

2. Statistics just released by our local news site back up my observations re/ the absolutely ridiculous number and aggressiveness of mosquitos this year. They just posted that the traps they use to judge the amount of mosquitos in the area have trapped TWENTY FIVE times the regular amount, and that one species in particular, much more aggressive than others, is especially prevalent.

I hope, with what is left of the day, I learn something a bit more uplifting.

Mariachi" beer, cheap and 10% ABV. Is there a single part of any of that that sounds like a good decision?

A really bad beer made to look Mexican that's actually brewed in Belgium, imported by Iron Horse Brewing. The ingredient list, in order, is water, barley malt, sugar, and hops. The sugar is solely to boost alcohol content at minimal cost and maximum detriment to flavor. If there's hops in this beer, they were maybe waved over the wort rather than actually placed in it.

You know it's a quality beer when it comes in a plastic bottle with a plastic screw top cap!
