I'll just plug what I mentioned in whichever thread it was a few months ago (off topic?): PF Flyers, yep like from the movie The Sandlot. They feel great on the pedals. Granted I never heel-toe but I do rev match downshift all the time.

They're just difficult to get ahold of these days. Very small stock whenever they do get restocked.
