Updated to the v4.03 tune.

Car does run a little differently, exhaust tone is noticeably quieter. Feel like there was a bit more power in the midrange on the v3, but maybe the power band is just smoother in the v4.

But the rev limiter still does the same thing, hits at 7600 rpms (indicated 58/59 mph), then the rpms drop down to 7100 (indicated 54mph) or so before revving back up. That's gonna kill me at autocross. Stock limiter did the same thing, but the drop wasn't as noticeable (7400 to 7200).

Is there something simple I can do to change that or is that an integral part of the tune design I'm just gonna have to live with?

Soft rev limiter maybe? Get rid of the ignition timing drop at the bottom of the base timing table and change limiter thresholds closer together?

I'm alright with the power dropping off a little, as long as it stays at 7600. In second gear there shouldn't be a significant amount of load to sustain 7600. Could I keep the base timing table unchanged (so the limiter was still "soft"), but still move the limiter thresholds closer together?

I haven't messed with romraider yet, not sure how adjustable everything is.

I installed Openflash for the first time and I’m noticing the active battery charging control on my 2017 BRZ is disabled and now it just sticks at 14.0V. Is this something specific to Openflash or to my car? Would be nice to have this feature back...

I was wondering if anyone had the previous v3 or v2 tunes, I noticed that they are no longer on the Openflash website. I prefer them over the v4 but no longer have the files for the old tunes

Same, would love to have the definitions for V3 so I could tweak the cold start. Just feels better than V4.

Confirmed this feature no longer works since adding the tune.

Edit: Kinda wondering if the AC shutoff on full throttle is also disabled now...
