and you know that even if you pay your $50, it'll still take 3-6 months for them to schedule an initial repair inspection.

Go out at night and drill it and get your stuff. They have to replace the lock anyway. If they ask, play dumb.

Yeah, that one. Out on the sidewalk next to the street basically.

Woke up, stubbed my little toe on a table so bad skin came off and it's bleeding.

That's my fun morning so far.

Is this supposed to be some kind of IRL innuendo about going in too deep and not being able to get out in time?

Back when this looked like you guys were going to have a freak snowstorm and have it clear up the next day I thought it was funny that you get to experience what we take for granted and doesn't even slow us down up here. It has gone way past that point and the reports I am reading about current and still to come conditions are truly horrific! Hang in there.

It is pretty insane man! We will survive, if people don't keep panic buying. Stores aren't getting stock from what I've heard and I just experienced my first rolling blackout. Still, I'm doing the little things to conserve power, heat, and water. I am slightly annoyed by the nonsense people are posting on social media, but signed off of it for the time being because my brain cells need to survive

I am amazed at some of the reports I am reading. People running generators inside their homes, standing in the middle of ice covered roads and in general doing things we just would not do here. I am at a total loss as to understand how people were trying to heat their homes by running their cars in their garage.

I wonder how the truck driver, sitting up relatively high, did not see the train coming?

Even if the driver was aware that he was on the tracks, why did he not go straight?
