Just finished my motul 300 trans and diff swap. What a difference! My second gear stiffness is gone and all the gears glide a lot better.

Thanks @Slick

No problem!
If anyone else needs some Motul 300Gear, I'll be getting another case in shortly.

It's really not that bad - the SQ isn't going to stop you unless you drive like a retard.
Just waiting on you buddy - I made them the day you asked about them - you don't come to Ottawa anymore
If I get my issues cleared up this week I'll be at DSG otherwise I can send them with @Pbrown or someone

No success with Pat's ecutek hookup - looks like it needs to see an ecutek modded CPU signal just to sync - thanks for trying anyway
My obd2 reader didn't see any codes
I guess I'll go see the dealer this week
It seems to drive fine - I can manually shift with paddles or stick, but still need to override the park position

Stay tuned @KingGeo ....

Did anyone venture out to Hawkesbury after all ?

suggests that it is in the tranny computer not the main ECU... not cool.
hopefully TG can figure it out quickly

Just got back from the Autocross at the CTC with MCO. Had a blast today!

Thanks again @UMB FR-S for the ride along on one of your runs! I had a blast! I had a smile practically from ear to ear with that run! I was a little nervous with how late you'd brake but it helped me get better times in my friends car knowing how much further I could push a car on this layout. Also glad I now know for sure I am not too tall to fit in an FR-S. about 2 inches between my helmet and the roof in the passenger seat! YAY!

Now to start saving pennies whenever I have a chance to buy a car!

Well it was a fun day out on the autocross track today! Very heated battle even while missing Colin ( @Klinn hope all is well). It was a tight day and I had a rough time on the morning with an unusual spin out of me. The battle started with a focus st leading the day till lunch. The lead changed to a massively winged miata for a little bit who was then replaced by one of 2 civics who switched the lead a couple times. I took first on my before last run only to be beat on Peter luu in the civic on his last run. All came down to my last run for top of c class and I pulled it off. Should be a good event nex weekend on Saturday the 7th. We will be using a course I designed so hopefully the event goes well!

That spin out was quite fun though! Really was a fun ride.

I need a lot more practice though to learn how to get faster. I'm constant at least so it's not occasional flukes that I get really good times!
