I'm looking at power options

Pro charger or turbo?
Best exhaust configuration is as follows:

UEL Header is a must
Will get a high flow Catalyst on or off Headers
Oem routed and resonated Exhaust ( most likely 2.5'' )

NOT looking for maximum power output ... this car WILL stay daily driver ..
Just looking for opinions

So like, you want a turbo, but there's not really many UEL set ups for that. You want a cat, but like, that's gonna kill power. You want a 2.5" system, but like, that's gonna kill power when you're FI

Do some damn research. This topic has been done to death

Why do you need more power for daily driving? Need to beat that mini van to the next red light?

Well, 3ndagor, it appears you're off to a rocky start on ye ol forum ......

I suggest you break down the options into pieces, then investigate each one.

Intake: free-er flowing; forced by supercharger or turbocharger

Exhaust: Open it up; different header, larger pipes, eliminate a cat.

Now, since you ask for options, for a DD, as @Cole suggests, I'd just leave it alone. Maybe consider a free-er flowing air filter and an aftermarket muffler.

300whp or less go S/C any more than that turbo is the way
consider gearing and E85 4.56 gears for manual trans 4.88 on a auto
correct gearing and E85 will give you the feel of 240 to 250 hp

Don't even need to search. Take a look here http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=96158 and figure out any specific questions you may have. Then ask them. The broad request "Best power options" is almost un answerable.

Work is very slow today so i'm going to attempt to tackle all your points.

You basically threw out a few buzzwords and just left it at "opinions?" You are going to get people's opinions whether you like them or not It also doesn't help that almost all of the things you asked about have been discussed ad nauseam on this site.

The search feature on this site is pretty bad. The best way to find info is to google "FT86" followed by what you are looking for. There are lots of helpful threads and people willing to help but you have to put in some effort on your end.

SC/Turbo/Pro Charger: This will most likely depend on the power you are looking to make. For a lower power daily driver most people will recommend SC and then recommend turbo for big power. I haven't seen many true pro charger builds but also haven't looked for them.

UEL Header: All turbo kits will replace your headers with their own manifold. An EL manifold is typically easier to work into a turbo kit based on the most common turbo mounting positions. it will be significantly more difficult to fit a UEL header/manifold into your turbo build where it is very easy in an SC build.

High Flow Cat: Most turbo kits are going to remove the cat in your header. You will still have one in the front pipe but this does not change the fact that it is illegal to remove your cars catalytic converters.

OEM Routed Exhaust: Almost all aftermarket exhausts are going to follow the same routing to the back of your car. Wouldn't worry about this one.

Legality: Almost all aftermarket parts are not strictly legal or illegal. Depending on where you live there are different restrictions. Basically up to you to find out if your planned mods are ok.

You also mention track days. Be prepared to spend a lot on supporting mods for suspension/braking and especially cooling if you are going to track an FI car. We have a sealed engine bay that gets very hot. Most serious turbo track people have added vents to the hood, upgraded radiators, oil cool/transmission cooler/upgraded clutch, performance/racing tires. The list goes on and on.

My personal recommendation would be headers, tune, and exhaust. After you have gone with that for a while I would see if you still think the car needs FI. I'm basically going to suggest what I have done but I think it would be a good starting point.

FT86SpeedFactory makes a nice quality high flow cat UEL header. OpenFlash sells their OFT which is a logger/flashing device that is compatible with their off the shelf tunes and they do custom e-tunes as well. A header + tune can net about 20whp, offer improved drivability, and really liven up the car. There are plenty of 2.5 Inch exhausts, just go to a few vendor websites, grab different exhuast names and search youtube for sound clips.

/back to work
