... normally when selling something you need to include a price...

Since this isn't ebay you can't really auction them off.

Yeah your right, I'm only new to the forums so wasn't really sure how to go about it. Just really wanted to feel around for a price.

I guess I'll be happy with $3,000

Up to you... I don't need to sell them. But if someone wants them that's what I'm asking.

Thanks for you interest anyway.

Good evening, Funky Fresh

I'm actually a professional number plate valuer (I drink tea also) and I would like to bring your attention as to your valuation for the plates "GTS-086"

Could you please explain if possible how you came to the valuation of $3,000?

I personally value them at $600, thank you for your time.

Hi Bounce,

Haha I also drink tea!

I have seen similar plates go for around 5k. Also as you would be aware the 86 comes in two versions... the GT and the GTS (GTS being the high spec), hence the reason for number plates 'GTS-086'.

That is why I started the thread without a price. I wanted to know what they are worth. If someone is willing to play 3k, I will be happy with that.
Also, I will accept reasonable offers.

Each to their own but what sad individual would pay $3000 for a number plate? just get a normal one and donate the rest to a charity - you will feel a lot better about yourself...

P.S. I'm not looking for people to post if they are not interested... If your not interested, you don't need to post.
If you are interested then post. If you are interested but don't like the price then make a reasonable offer and it will concider.

That's all I ask

I think people may see it as a bit wrong because it's quite clear that these plates were obviously ordered just to sell and make a profit (these plates aren't apart of the signature series either, just standard customs). I have also thought to go down this path, but looking at long term investment plates, rather then just selling them straight off the word go with the 86.

Yeah I wasn't looking to sell these plates... I was going to put them on my own car but then I thought of better plates. I have no use for two sets of plates.

So basically I'm just offering them to someone who would use them rather them just sit around. If no one wants them, then I'm happy to hold onto them.

And again, the price is negotiable (accepting offers).
