In other news, I bought and used a screw extractor with great success. Now I just need a new screw, although I noticed that most of the screws used to hold the fiberglass under tray are too long. Edit: Screw me... http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19687 This is apparently a well documented issue. |

So I have a good story of my events of today. Fiance and I are going out to search for places to get married (Farm style/Winery maybe) so with the weather being what it is Im like its time to take the FRS out for some Fun in the backroads of VA in Purceville, Berryville, Leesburg etc.
First place we get to its all gravel rocks everywhere Im like OMG ZEEE OPTICOAT IZ GOING TO FAIL. Ended up bottoming out a little and so much dust and debree all over the car. 2nd Place was even worse where I start calculating the distance on gravel and it was about 2.5 miles With me going 10mph. Same scenario with the dust gravel rocks everywhere on hot sticky tires. So at this point Im like well I should have bought SUV but I was like what ever ill just have to clean the car super well 3rd Place was a mad steep incline at a Winery just before purceville and it was like going up the side of a mountain. Their road entrance which was about a mile long was all gravel and bits/chunks of potholed road. I then saw a Limo with what appeared to be a broken axle as the tire was inside the fender. As soon as I saw that I heard a Whamo! the rear end fucking got smashed. Im like omfg lol. So I make my way up to the top of the summit and then all these people are in the way, I am worried my suspension or wheel/tire is done and now I burn my clutch because of dumb ass people. Alignment is def done for but I think suspension is fine, Ill be putting it up soon to see if anything is gone but it drove decently (not as good as before) so I am thinking alignment is def whacked. After that Im like ok 1 last place since we are out this far and time to gtfo. GOt stuck in gravel and was just doing burn outs with rocks flying everywhere. Im like SOB rwd lol. Calculated the Total distance around 6.5 miles on gravel lol crazy fun times After Pics BooB
