Given that they have basically sold out the 2020 allotment it made no sense to me that they wouldn't build them at some point even if that meant manufacturing past 12/31. It's just an arbibitrary thing anyway.
On a different note, there are still hundreds of 2019s available

We picked up a new left over 2019 Silverado 4x4 for the wife a couple weeks back as her current 2013 Silverado has 170K on the clock. Got 30% off MSRP which is a pretty good deal. I would suspect you could get a Vette in that range as well. Lot of car for the money.

I tried very hard to watch, but lasted only 4 minutes (a record for me). During that 4 minutes I believe the longest continuing segment without a splice was about 10 seconds.
He reminds me of my Uncle who when drunk knew everything and wanted to share that knowledge with you through happy shouting and arm waving. Hmmm, maybe I should check to see if he wants to get into the Youtube business.....

Engineering Explained & the Chevy C8
The thing I like most about this clip is not so much the car (I admire the car, don't want) but the explanation of the compromises. The fact that certain goals have a cost.
Because, I've said it a gazillion times, everything's a compromise.

I wish I had a dollar for every time I wrote "it is easy to say the manufacturer can/should just do XXXX but the reality is very different" on a car forum.

The Michelin PS4 A/S is probably like magic glue tires given how good the 3+ A/S is. With all seasons like this, I don't really see the point of buying a max performance summer tire that has barely any more dry grip, less wet grip, and less tread life.
From Tirerack BMW F30 tests (Goodyear is also an all season): -------------------------------Wet g/dry g/dry braking/wet braking Michelin Pilot Sport AS 3+: 0.80__0.92__80.9ft____101.3ft Goodyear Eagle Exhilarate: 0.84__0.94__85.7ft____97.4ft Michelin Pilot Sport 4S:-----0.77__0.97__78.4ft____117.9ft Pirelli P Zero PZ4:-----------0.83__0.96__80.0ft___ 121.1ft |
