There's a number of O-rings that need to be stacked correctly, and the fuel lines inside the canister can get crimped if the assembly isn't put together juuuust right.

The fuel pump that came with my FB kit also would stop working intermittently, like you are describing how your car runs. Sometimes it would start and run fine, then 10-15 minutes in it would die. After a while, it would then work again.

Switched to a different fuel pump (DW) and all is good now.

Check your fuel pump, check your fuel pressure.

I'll check it all & update the thread.. Something I'll be looking at this weekend

Flux capacitor is bad, you should probably change your headlight fluid!

this morning started looking into it..

had the ecutek plugged in so i can see how the numbers are running.. it started after the 2nd time, ran fine till it warmed up. once warmed up after about 18 minutes of running, cylinder 1 misfired once cylinder 2 misfired twice and cylinder 4 misfired once and the car just automatically died on its own

I'ts probably either a bad fuel pump or bad install on the fuel pump.

Fix that and you'll fix your fuel pressure.

You need to take your car to a competent tuner/shop IMO.

Seriously man... stop trying to kill your car. Call a towing company near you and have it towed to a local tuner before you wreck something.

@PolishFrs13 sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but any update on what your problem was? I'm having the same exact issue on my car right now. Turns on but dies on its own after about 5-10 mins. I too have a FBM fuel pump. Any help?

the issue was: IT WAS A BASE TUNE!!!!!!!!!!! OP kept trying to find issues that don't exist (kill his car) instead of listening and getting a damn tune done as base tunes are not made to be driven on they are made so you don't detonate your engine on the way to the tuner.

did you even read the thread!?

God damnit the tiny emoticon didn't type (or maybe I only typed it in my head?). I was just messing around but yeah I'll go with 99.99999999% sure it was because it was running on a base tune with modded parts. The fact that he didn't say local shop but local tuner/shop suggests it was indeed tune related.

@jmelgar23 are you turbo'd? are you running the base tune? have you checked all the connections to ensure they are tight and no leaks? If you answered yes to all of these then my suggestion is..../drum roll..... get it tuned

I'm supercharged but am already tuned by Moto-East. I was thinking maybe it was the fuel pump but I can hear it priming so idk. Checked the fuse also and it looks good. I'll have to check all the hoses and make sure nothing came loose.
Thanks!
