People have fed borescopes through the vent port at the bottom left of the bell housing. That would get you there for sure. Might be able to pull the dust boot off of the top of the fork and look down that way. Otherwise, trans needs to come out.

Mine was pretty similar, only a couple cracks but they were a bit larger and let the fork bend. I put the Verus one in. Feels reminiscent of old BMW clutches now.
