Garage
I have one that is more of a obsessive compulsive disorder mixed with plain old superstition. I cannot leave the dash display on anything but the odometer or else something bad might happen. I can check trip A or B or avg mileage for a few mins but then I have to switch back to standard odometer, or else.

I have a irrational thought that if I get in a crash or something bad happens it will happen when that display is set to something other than the odometer.

I need professional help.. lol

also people in the left lane not going faster or moving out of the way when there is no traffic. This morning on the way to work, this lady was in the far left lane next to the carpool lane going 70 and matching the speed of the truck in the right lane. She saw I went into the right lane to try and get by so she speed up just enough to block me then when I got back behind her waiting for her to go faster or move over she just sat there on purpose matching speed with the car to the right blocking me. Eventually the truck to the right saw this and slowed down so I can get by then she had the nerve to give me a dirty look. It was not traffic at all and she was going 70 in the far left lane, some people have zero manners.

Things falling off other cars, like work trucks. Had a socket fall off the back of a truck and piece right through my a/c condenser. In the middle of freaking summer.

On another occasion a big chunk of dried mud fell off a truck, hit my windshield and left a scratch, right in my line of sight.

I've also had a few very close encounters of the unnecessarily massive lifted truck kind when the driver obviously can't see my car next to them and attempt to switch lanes and crush me.

My only pet peeve with the car itself is how hard it is to see over other cars next to me.

Every time I'm at a stoplight, I have to wait for the other person to get going before I can make sure I'm not gonna get T-boned.

Now, as for other drivers?
-texting while driving
-driving 20 under the speed limit on curvy roads, onramps, or while it's raining
-driving under the speed limit in the far left lane on a highway
-kids in sportscars wanting to "race" me
-riding brakes down a hill instead of putting the car in a lower gear
-braking going up a hill instead of lifting
-not maintaining speed on the highway
-rubbernecking
-generally being slow because they are lost but don't want to park somewhere to figure something out
-parking in the middle of the road and throwing hazards on so they can check their phone
-driving half the limit for four blocks and then flipping their signal on and turning at the last moment

Ahhh you have followed my wife.
You missed braking a block away from a green light because the cross walk timer started to count down.

Earplugs fix the quiet part on long drives.

Daily driving my car for 1.5 years in all weather, my pet peeves

Decent blindspot. Understandable because this is a 2 door coupe where the b and c pillar are right next to each other, with a huge c pillar so this is unavoidable. Just have to be extra careful and keep a mental memory of what is around you, especially in 3 lane roads. If I am in the far left lane, a car in the far right lane can be completely invisible.

Window motors are weak, easily get stuck in the winter with any minor ice build up. Also because the door has no upper frame, if the window is frozen it can't do the little roll down when you open the door. Need to be very careful opening the door to prevent damaging the window if it gets stuck.

Rear defogger seems to work slower than other cars. Would have been nice to have a rear wiper for rain and minor snow.

Would be nice if there was an external manual lever to open the trunk instead of relying solely on the key fob or interior button

Typical low ground clearance issues, easy to get stuck in the snow. Just keep a small shovel in the car in addition to a snow brush

Car doesn't seem to have as much turning radius as my last car. Just harder to maneuver in smaller parking lots.

Paying premium fuel sucks (But at least it's just a 2.0)

Again with such a low car, if a truck or SUV is behind me at night I will be completely blinded. No point flicking the rear view mirror because the side mirrors are still bright.

Overall no deal breaker issues. This car is a good DD and also for weekend cruises, perfect car for those who aren't able to (Or want to) have more than 1 vehicle

I really don't have any pet peeves with driving this car; it is what it is and does what I expect it to do -

Oh, that's another annoying one...
Why do people have to do these things?

Most of the issues with the car are minor and live-able for a DD considering its a race car, but damn that noisy EPS, its very annoying infact not only annoying but embarrassing as well. Having someone sit first time in your 'cool ride' and then it goes clunkity clunk, damn!
