I think the whole fwd vs rwd debate is misplaced. To judge a car solely on it's drive wheels is ignoring all the other things which can make a car enjoyable to drive. I am suggesting the majority of rwd cars are boring. That is, they are not sports cars and they will understeer you off the road if they are tried to be hurried. A good fwd car can be just as entertaining as a rwd car and infinitely better than a bad one.

all you guys that think you would want a GOLF R instead.. you realise you cannot turn stability control off in that car right? so its zero fun on a track..

this car is an awesome little box, i would have gone the megane RS265 if i was after fwd fast, but hey whatever.

@Surok , can you pull the fuse out? I guess pulling the fuse will affect other things too.

Touchy touchy fucken hell. Im glad your happy with your car mate, please don't play the F1 card but, the only thing your car has in common with F1 is 4x wheels.

It's a nice little car you have just not for me. I think it's the yellow mirrors and chequered roof that put me off just a bit too boy racer. anyway ENJOY!

Oh really, the sales guy told me the engine is the same one in the RB8?

I made the mistake of buying a FWD car two times in my life so far. I'm not going to strike out by doing it a third time. I'll take RWD or AWD any day, but FWD just blows. That's my opinion and I doubt anything will ever change that.

^^^^ Sorry, had to do it! LOL

You are doing it again. You are lumping all vehicles together by their drive wheels. You say "I'll take RWD or AWD any day" so a 75hp 144 Volvo matches your criteria as does a Toyota RAV4. Yeah, that would be fun on a track.

Where did I say anything about being fun on a track? I just hate FWD driving dynamics. Anything RWD, even if grossly underpowered, would still be preferable to me. Sorry if you can't accept that, but it's my opinion and it's not up for debate. You're obviously free to form your own opinion, but don't try to tell me how I should feel, okay?

You sound like you haven't driven an fwd car with a decent lsd. Not that I'm arguing with you.. but it makes a big 'diff' erence.

Had an ITR back in the day. I think the factory LSD was pretty decent, but it was still a FWD car. So nobody can say that I haven't tried a decent FWD car, but that still wasn't enough to make me actually like them.
