I certainly haven't been elected to any position that allows me to police anyone else. Have enough trouble trying to keep myself in line. I did think it was worth bringing up. As I said I now have the whole story so as far as I am concerned I have no problem with any club member. So let's talk hypothetically.
Lets say that a fictitious club member named RACER-X is turning off his traction control and drifting through every corner he comes to, driving on the side walks and going 100 miles per hour in school zones all the while sporting club stickers. How long will it be before every cop in Arizona will be looking for cars with our club stickers believing that all of us must be just like RACER-X?
Would it be considered judgmental for any of us to bring it up for discussion by asking a question?
I'm certainly not suggesting we resurrect a Gestapo to make sure everyone toes a line. I am saying that if all of us could be aware of our public perception it would be good for the whole. If I have a club sticker on my car, it isn't just about me anymore. I represent something bigger than just me.
Happy driving all!

Who told you about me?!

I agree that we, in a friendly and tactful way, should encourage each other to have fun responsibly. Because if we can't police ourselves, we get policed by well, the police. That ain't no fun.

I will say that this type of incident happened a lot back in Nevada with my old car club. We got harassed all the time for crap other people in the club would do. Everyone who gets a sticker on the car needs to know that you represent the whole club. It also works both ways, if they see that we are being cool and there are no problems some might even come say hi and check the cars out which in turn goes from one cop to another which in turn would be beneficial for us. Just some food for thought.

Ive been pulled over in the FRS about 7 times since I bought it (all for speeding, go figure) and never been questioned once about my bronze-ish 17% film. I believe in arizona the law 'technically' states that your front side windows must allow atleast 25% of light to pass through, and there are no restrictions to the darkness of the film on rear windows.
Maybe it is 25% up front. I was thinking it was 15%. But rear doesmt matter. And none allowed on windshield

The darkest you can tint your front windows is 35% in Arizona, no tint on the windshield below the tint line (~4inches below the top of the shield) and as dark as you want on the rear windows as long as you have one exterior mirror. Any darker and you risk a ticket.

Technically you have an fa20 engine so you are allowed to keep it.

I finally got the stop tech brakes on and I found that at least on my car 2 of the break lines had to be heated to get the nut loose and the other side was bearly hand tight. Just a heads for you anyone changing their brakes lines. Also the stop tech lines are awesome.

Airaid Intake arrived today, still waiting on Lowering Springs and at this point will probably make my own exhaust using a Borla Muffler Setup.

I was told by the dealer headers were a no-no so I guess that will be where I stop for the time being as I look into tuning options as well as getting my hands on a factory sub box and possibly everything for my car. It also badly needs tint... been a long time since I was in a car with no tint...
