Awesome! Thanks.

I'm torn between these or rpf1's. I want a light weight 17x9...

I made a thread for these wheels, its on the 3rd or 4th page of the wheels section…
I was about to buy the RPF1's because I wanted something lightweight, 18" and well-made. I ended up taking a leap and buying the GTF2's in 18x9 and I honestly couldn't be any happier with them because they seem to have all the benefits of the RPF1's and they look better imo. I have so far done 2 track days and they have held up perfect with my 40 section tires. At the end of the day there will always be people that complain about it not being brand name but I think that these wheels punch well above their weight and I would compare them to the higher end TSW wheels which seem to be well embraced by track day guys and DD's! I will eventually buy some TWS wheels (the crazy lightweight ones from Japan) but for $1000 these are great!

Thanks! It was a well written post you had up earlier.

I like the look and it's something different. Everyone has rpf1's. Not that it's bad, but having a bit of unique-ness is good

From their website:

Quote:
With Flow Form Technique*, in 2012 a bold new wheel company raised the bar and launched stronger and lighter wheels ; 720FORM™ was born. Although function and avant-garde style were amongst the priorities in designing the wheels, the symbiosis between lightness and strength was the primary focus. It has been attained after an extensive period of road testing.

We are enthusiastic to present these new 720FORM™ wheels, with an imposing load rating of 720kg!

The bar has been raised. Be sure to stay tuned for upcoming models with more sizes and even more high load rating!

720FORM™ a benchmark in lightweight wheels at a competitive price.

*Flow Form Technique is a revolutionary metal casting process used for years in F1 racing wheels.
So yes, that seems to be the same process they are using.

Found my new wheels. 17x8 GTF1's. Perfect DD and Track wheel all rolled into one. Just need to sell a few things so I can trade these out for my Rota Torques. 2-3LBS lighter per corner.

I'll be joining the club soon! Just ordered a set this morning (GTF1, 17x9, +35). Will be mounting some 245/40/17 Ventus V12's I got from another forum member cheap...

Pics to come and detailed impressions!

Has anyone actually used these rings from Amazon? A reviewer with a BRZ commented that they didn't fit the car right:

"...they didn't fit and were loose around the hub of my 2013 Subaru BRZ (would apply to the scion FRS as well). They also seemed loose in the wheel. I had purchased a set of plastic rings that fit much better. I left those on the car."
