Will frontpipe and overpipe work only with vband exhuasts?

That part that bolts to stock location to keep the pipe from sagging is missing. Did they purposefully made the pipe with a flex in order not to reuse that stock location.?

For what it's worth, I never connected my custom frontpipe to the transmission mount and never had issues. But I also was using upgraded exhaust hangers.

Their product page explicitly shows it set up connecting using the w bolt flange at the overpipe to frontpipe, and the v-band on the catback side. I'd want to see the tomei exhaust connected to this.
