Why is the estimated weight keep going up? 2800-2900lbs?

What happened to all the official curb weights that were just under 2700lbs? What's this 2800lb crap? Were these articles written before the official stats were released last month? (seems likely)

I wonder if I can get the dealership to knock a few hundred dollars off the price of the car for the tires. "hey I want the car but not those crap tires. can you take them off for me? I'll bring my own tires over here when I make delivery."

Many other BRZ reviews have also mentioned the trait of initial understeer so it isn't just C&D.

Yea. As soon as i heard subaru softened the front rate. Understeer was expected
